Extra Charges:
After Hours Signings (scheduled between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.): Add $50
Holidays & Weekends: Add $75
Waiting Fee: Add $25 per 1/2 hour or fraction thereof.
Jail inmate documents: Serving Mira Loma Detention Center, Antelope Valley Courthouse, Lancaster Jail (at the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department—Lancaster Station), and other local venues and facilities. Please call for quote.

Be prepared for our appointment:
• Please have your completed documents available.
• The person(s) whose signature is being notarized MUST personally appear before the notary.
• One of the following valid identifications (either current, or issued within the past five years) is required for each signer for notarization:
A California state issued driver's license or ID card (temporary driver’s licenses, or IDs are not acceptable); Driver's License or ID Card issued by another U.S. state (with a photograph, identifying number, physical description, and signature); U.S. Passport; Foreign Passport stamped by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service; Military service ID card or ID card issued by the U.S. government (with a photograph, identifying number, physical description, and signature); Drivers license officially issued in Mexico or Canada (with a photograph, identifying number, physical description, and signature); Inmate ID Card issued by Department of Corrections (if inmate is in custody); Two credible witnesses that personally know the signer in the case where the document signer lacks ID. The credible witnesses cannot be named in the document and cannot have financial interest in the document.
